Job Description :
• Handling of Receivables and Mandates in Chennai Branch which will cover 3 states of Tamilnadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, covering more than 110 locations and need to manage important mandate relationships.
• Coordinating for all receivable and mandates customers across 3 states of Southern India covering states of Tamilnadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh and covering more than 110 locations in terms of direct banking.
• Need to coordinate closely with the customer through meetings and calls to understand the need and thus implementing and delivering the same. This will also include important mandate relationships too.
• Close Vendor Coordination and vendor management, including periodical reviews needs to be done on a day to day basis to ensure proper control on the entire cash management processing.
• Monitoring of various working accounts and ensure proper reconciliation and substantiation.
• Monitoring and performing of inward and outward clearing verification process on a regular basis.
Candidate Specification :
• An ideal candidate should have Good Communication skills, Hands-on experience in Banking systems and Applications, Multi-tasking abilities, basic vendor management skills, Good knowledge in Computers with proficiency in MS Office.
• Positive attitude, Good interpersonal skills, to be able to work under pressure, Willingness to learn and take on additional challenges/responsibilities.
