Job Role:
Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to Business Unit Head to help easy continuous functioning of his work.
Communicate with the team in various internal activities and organize and co-ordinate different functions.

Job Description:
Manage all Secretarial functions like Letter Drafting, Correspondence, Travel Arrangements etc.
Organize and Manage Appointments, Meetings & Maintain daily work log.
Preparation of MoM and sending it to all the members of the meeting.
Manage engagements and ensure observance of appropriate protocol of leaders and eminent personalities.

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs
Location: Mumbai
Education: Graduate

Candidate Profile:
Should have 1 – 5 years experience in medium corporate / financial institution.
Excellent English Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excel Knowledge is required.
