Job Description
1. Follow customer identification process through signature verification and identity proof before executing customers transaction.
2. Ensure customer calling through BM / BOM for all transactions as per customer calling norms in circulars or operations manual.
3. Process all customers requests received, and proper filing of all vouchers in relevant files.
4. Achieve Cross Sell, FD Value Targets through leads received and maintain good relation with existing customers.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Delhi, Gurgaon
Experience: 1 to 2 yrs
