Job Description
• Partnering with the UK team to deliver valuable data driven analytical MI and Adhoc projects for the DMO team
• Ensure adequate support for debt management (DM) operational performance by providing analytical and strategy support
• Ability to diagnose and resolve moderate to complex issues critical to success of the marketing function
• Partner with the business effectively to drive marketing decisions and generate value
• The individual should be able to convert unstructured business requirements into structured analytical plans
• Analyst would be required to work across multiple retail banking products and effectively use various data platforms (Athena/DM) and analysis tools
• Analyst should come up learning curve fast to understand C&R processes and operational matrices to help deliver on adhoc analysis and MI
• The individual would be required to deliver end to end results (data extraction, complete analysis, governance, documentation of results and delivering presentations to stakeholders)

Candidate Profile
• Masters in Economics / Statistics or MBA or B.Tech / B.E from a reputed institute.
• Candidate should have excellent knowledge of SQL, SAS and MS Office.
• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication, Problem Solving Abilities and Work Well Under Pressure.
