Job Description
• Associate Business Analyst will be working with business partners and business subject matter experts in testing, training, implementation, support of functional requirements and ensuring that their needs are met.
• He will assist staff in the as they elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• He will serve as the channel between the customer and technology team through which requirements flow.
• He has to ensure that appropriate strategic direction and adequate solutions are utilized by effective management and also continually seeks ways of improving work processes and business initiatives.

Experience – 4 – 9 Years

Candidate Profile
• Associate Business Analyst should have 4 Years to 9 Years experience in similar role.
• Should be MBA / PGDM with adequate knowledge about project management methodologies.
• Along with managing staff, he may be required to manage multiple assignments involving interaction with several business areas.
