Role – Joint General Manager
Job Profile – Candidate should be well exposed to General Banking, Credit Appraisal, Monitoring, Recovery; and having reasonable exposure of Treasury & Fund Management, Audit, HR & Admin. and other relevant aspects of Banking Services. The candidate must be capable to work in computerized environment.
Banking Experience – 15 to 20 Years
Qualification – Any Graduate OR Post Graduate
Mandatory: I Class Graduate in any stream & CAIIB
Desirable: MMS / MBA, CFA / ICWA / CA / CS, LLB / LLM
Experience – Candidate should have appropriate thorough Banking experience in Executive Cadre of Nationalized / Co-operative Bank out of which, minimum 5 years experience as Asst. General Manager / Deputy General Manager in Nationalized / Co-operative Bank
Age Limit – 45 To 50 yrs.

Role – Deputy General Manager
Job Profile – Candidate should possess experience in Audit & Inspection and HR & Admin department of a Co-op Bank or Nationalized Bank in respective department. To monitor timely, accurate, concise and effective documentation of audit reports on exceptions observed during the course of audit.Ensure qualitative and effective performance in all areas of audits and inspection undertaken.
Banking Experience – 15 to 20 Years
Qualification – Any Graduate OR Post Graduate
Mandatory: I Class Graduate in any stream & CAIIB
Desirable: MMS / MBA, CFA / ICWA / CA / CS, LLB / LLM
Experience – Candidate should have minimum 9 yrs. in audit & Inspection Department out of which minimum 5 years experience in Senior Executive Cadre in Nationalised/Co-operative Bank.
Age Limit – 45 To 50 yrs.

Role – Assistant General Manager
Job Profile – Candidate will lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management;
Desirable: Credit Exposure Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales Complaints Handling.
Banking Experience – 8 to 10 Years
Qualification – Any Graduate OR Post Graduate
Mandatory: I Class Graduate in any stream & CAIIB
Desirable: BCA / MCA, MMS / MBA, CFA / ICWA / CA / CS, LLB / LLM
Experience – Candidate should have minimum 8 years as Chief Manager or equivalent in Co-op. Bank or Scale III in Nationalized Bank out of which minimum 3 yrs. as Branch Head and well versed with appraisal techniques for retail and commercial Loan
Age Limit – 45 To 50 yrs.

Role – Chief Manager
Job Profile – Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability,ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management and credit exposure.
Banking Experience – 7 to 10 Years
Qualification – Any Graduate OR Post Graduate
Mandatory: Graduation in any stream with at least II Class & CAIIB
Experience – Minimum 7 yrs. as Sr. Officer or equivalent in Co-op. Bank or Scale II / III in Nationalized Bank out of which minimum 3 yrs. as Branch Head and well versed with appraisal techniques for retail and commercial Loan.
Age Limit – 40 To 45 yrs.

Role – Marketing Executive
Job Profile –
Responsible for Corporate & Product Promotional strategy planning to provide adequate marketing support to each branch and region so that they achieve their business targets.
– Coordinating with the branches in their assigned region to get feedback of local markets and accordingly plan our promotional activities
– Responsible for planning and executing the promotional plans for new branch launch to give initial boost in the business of the respective branch
Banking Experience – 7 to 10 Years
Qualification – Any Graduate OR Post Graduate
Mandatory: Graduation in any stream with at least II Class & CAIIB
Desirable: – MMS / MBA
Experience – Candidate should have minimum 7 years experience as Senior Officer or equivalent in Co-op. Bank or Scale II / III in Nationalized Bank out of which minimum 3 yrs. in Marketing department.
Age Limit – 40 To 45 yrs.
