Position : Collection Manager
Work Location : Araria, Khagaria & Gopalganj
Job Responsibilities
Collection Manager will achieve given reductions, resolutions, fee collections month on month for Agri products.
Regular visit delinquent clients for the updation of over due amounts.
Efficiently manage the high POS customers and ensure there are no service related issue.
Update the cash schedule in co ordination with operations on a timely basis.
Effectively manage all customer related complaints and issues.
Candidate Profile
Candidate must be 3 years fulltime Graduate. Agriculture / Aquaculture / Forestry or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication skills and knowledge of local language preferable.
Should be able to negotiate with different departments external / internal for smooth flow of work.
Knowledge of Legal activity in the Retail product (secured / Unsecured) preferable.
Should have a flair for direct collections.
