• Handling customer calls regarding account related queries and cross selling.
• Managing Statement Requests / DD Requests / ATM Pin Requests etc.
• Updation of customer phone number / email id / address etc.
• Responding to queries on Demat (T-1 data) & Consumer Finance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose timely suggestions.
