1. Candidate has to resolve Customer Queries / Request / Complains within the given timelines.
2. Raise Request & Complaints on behalf of the customer in the CRM tool.
3. Generate leads and educate customers about new products & their benefits. Identify opportunity for cross-sell of new products (CASA, FD, Insurance & Investments) and services to existing customers. Generate referrals from existing customers.
4. Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Experience: 2 to 4 years.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 – 3,75,000 P.A
