Work Responsibilities
Ensure day to day operations are managed as per Operational Manual.
Ensure procedures, process maps are developed / maintained.
Engage with teams/staff formally on regular basis and ensure a co-ordinated, proactive approach in managing people.
Build and maintain relations with Stakeholders.
Staff appraisals, development and managing a team size of 10 – 15 people.
Ensure processes minimize risk and improve controls.
Coordinate and support for the on-going Treasury projects.
Bring about good market practices in ensuring service delivery excellence.
Streamline process through quality initiatives.
Actively support the building and rolling out of a continuous improvement culture / framework.
Experience: 10 to 14 yrs
Salary: INR 8,00,000 – 13,00,000 P.A

Candidate Profile
Educational / Professional Qualification : Post Graduate
Technical Knowledge : Excellent knowledge on the overall functioning of Treasury Operations
Working Knowledge of Opics / Calypso Treasury system will be an advantage.
Work Experience : 10+ years experience in Treasury Operations with minimum of 4-5 years in independently managing a team.
