Job Description
Manager Credit should analyze credit worthiness of the borrower.
Raising critical risk queries, exercising adequate due diligence including market intelligence, plant visits as when required.
Managing loan portfolio with respect to credit rating/quality, industry concentration, granularity, secured/unsecured and timely identification of warning signals.
Maintaining quality of loan proposal documents.
Develop industry specific knowledge and develop/maintain database pertaining to same.
Take lead in new initiatives like SME products, policies & processes etc.
Develop understanding of various pertinent regulations.
Conduct of credit rating including spreading of financials.
Monitoring of early warning parameters, analysis of quarterly performance, undertaking close watch.
Reporting – preparation of MIS reports for management, RBI and Head Office reporting.
Calculation of drawing power and monitoring of end-use.
Basic scrutiny of standard loan documents.

Candidate Profile
Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) Preferred.
CAIIB candidates will be preferred.
Should have minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Credit Only in Commercial Bank.
Age below 40 years.
In depth knowledge of credit, Risk Management, Credit Monitoring and Audit-Inspection.
Ability to understand impact of changing environment on various companies.
Understanding of credit ratings.
Should be able to maintain independence of views while maintaining relationships with business banking managers.
Knowledge of key industries is a must.
Knowledge of Gujarati language is desirable.
