Job Description
• Service Manager SME will monitor daily delivery of all trade services products related to the trade CSC with the primary purpose of meeting service standards.
• Ensure compliance of all Internal Procedures, Operational Controls and Regulatory Requirements laid down as per the Quality Policy.
• Assist Relationship Managers in implementing changes to Internal Standards and Procedures in line with development in the business.
• Provide Trade related Services to Customers as per standards set out in the Quality Manual / System.
• The Applicant has to ensure speedy resolution of customer queries and complaints, set as per the quality standards.
• Compliance of all procedures issued in relation to Money Laundering Prevention & KYC Norms.
• To provide information about product features, benefits to callers and provide back office support to sales team.
• If Service Manager finds any suspicious transaction, report immediately to the supervising officer.Closing Dates
