Job Description
• Lead Operations Representative will support trade transactions processing in Trade Finance area.
• Support business objectives in Trade Finance area through adherence to all internal & external procedures.
• Responsible for handling trade transactions in the area of import / export Letter of Credit and Documentary collections and Loans processing.
• Direct interaction with clients at other branches for resolution of queries and follow-up on documentary exceptions.
• Contributing towards department efforts by process improvement, productivity enhancement etc.
• Preparation of Internal and Customer related MIS.
Qualifications & Skills
• Graduates / MBA from a reputed institutes with 3 – 4 years of experience in trade processing with CDCS qualification.
• Good Computing & Accounting Knowledge and understanding of UCP, URC & RR.
• Strong Communication, Customer Service and Strong Knowledge of Export / Import documentation required.
• Quality conscious and having flair for constant process improvement.
