Job Description
ASM Home Loans will be responsible for delivering targets & build a strong Home Loans Direct Sales Team.
Ensure integration of the Home Loans Team with the existing Branch Banking Team and drive for more leads & references.
Managing monthly disbursements through various activities and generate revenue through Cross Sell opportunities.
Develop a process flow for smooth product delivery, resolve credit queries and maintain compliance.
Ensure that proper mind share is created among the branch and other channels for home loans.
Ensure timely feedback on leads and referrals, also ensure that conversions of leads are as per the plan.
Share details about sales, costs, risks and profitability with senior management.

Experience: 3 to 6 years
Salary: INR 6,00,000 – 8,00,000
