Job Details
Responsible for acquisition of consumer bank products
• Delivering acquisition plans for Cards / PL Acquisition of assigned channel (Core Product / Cross Sell Product)
• Responsible for selling the entire gamut of banking products to the customer after assessing customer need through a consultative sales approach
• Leading & Managing performance of a team of 8-10 In-Sourced Citi Sales FTE to deliver & achieve plan nos.
Candidate Profile
• Commitment to meet Sales Plan Numbers.
• Strong team-player with good relationship, leadership and motivational skills.
• Self-starter and should be able to work independently.
• Good team player and should be able to work well with credit admin, credit policy, collections and other business units.
