Job Description
Audit Manager to undertake internal audit engagements of Group Functions, Finance and Risk to provide ongoing assurance over the effectiveness of the design and implementation of controls in place. He has to deliver the audit plan established in lines with relevant members of the Functional Audit Teams.
1. Audit Manager will act as liaison with Management to ensure full understanding of business strategy, plans, products, performance and risk-related issues at business unit level.
2. He has to perform continual risk assessment on the portfolio assigned and develop audit plan in response to the risks identified. Along with this he has to support the planning and reporting of internal audit engagements to deliver agreed assurance objectives to established standards and timelines.
3. As a Team Leader, he must provide interim performance feedback to team members and share knowledge, skills and experience with team members to guide and assist in their development.
4. As a Team Member, he must provide support to Team Leader and other team members to achieve the objectives of the audit.
5. He should identify and escalate significant emerging risks through on-going surveillance and monitoring of the portfolio assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
1. Audit Manager should be experienced technology internal auditor, risk professional or business practitioner who is a deep subject matter expert in technology supporting Credit Risk, Market Risk, Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering, Finance or Human Resource.
2. CISA accreditation or similar is required, a strong communicator with effective written & presentation skills.
3. Should be highly credible with their counterparts in the business.
4. Up to date with developments within their area of expertise.
5. Ability to work with minimal direction and also work well in a team environment.
6. Demonstrates understanding of and commitment to the Bank’s core values
