Job Details
1. Client Relationship Partner has to acquire new clients for CASA, FD & Insurance.
2. Job involves cross selling of products alongside the core product.
3. Candidate should meet & endeavour the defined targets of new customer acquisition consistently.
4. Analyze financial needs of the customers and offer appropriate product with utmost transparency.
5. Full participation and implementation of all product specific contests run by YBL or its strategic partners.
6. Candidate should strictly abide with the selling norms defined by the organization.
7. Ensure adherence to guidelines by internal & external regulators.
8. He has to provide accurate information for all products & services of the bank to the customer.
9. To maintain & provide MIS as desired by the organization for all clients.

Candidate Profile
• Candidate should have good Verbal and Written communication Skills.
• He / She should be Enthusiastic and have High Sales Orientation.
• Must be willing to take up extensive field visit.
• Orientation towards servicing the customer and understanding his needs is a prerequisite.
• Awareness of dynamics of local market.

Qualifications
• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline or an MBA from a recognized university.
• AMFI / NCFM / IRDA certification will be an advantage though not mandatory.
• Min 6 Months to Max 8 years of Sales experience in Financial Services Organisations.
