Job Description
• The Credit Services Representative is responsible for the end-to-end processing of loans. The associate sets-up new credit arrangements and loans to ensure timely funding of borrowing requests. Accurate data input to various ancillary credit or operating systems is required.
• Credit Services Representative will input, release and verify wire instructions, attending to details, within dual control process. He / She will manage periodic rate changes, rate rollovers, advances, billing and other inquiries. The position requires proficiency with numbers to ensure accurate loan commitment, interest and fee payments are recorded.
Job Responsibilities
• Review of documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide services for secondary loan traded related to Corporate Credits.
• Release and verify wire instructions.
• Accurately manage different types of periodic rate changes, payments and advances, conversions and Letter of Credit.
• Serve as primary point of contact for request related to administration of large corporate credits.
• Reconciliation of various control reports, Document Management and Issue Resolution with agent banks.
• Contacting Agent Banks (external party) for missing notices.
• Balancing End of Day proofs.
• Maintain up to date procedures and write new procedures as required.
• Take responsibility for and help to develop and maintain where necessary, key Operations Projects as required.
Candidate Requirements
• Any Graduate with Relevant Experience and advanced knowledge of MS EXCEL.
• Understanding of Loan Market and work under pressure & with tight deadlines.
• Organized, efficient, self managed in key areas and must be flexible with night shifts.
