Job Summary
• Supervise Branch Operations with the objective of timely delivery, efficient & productive processing service within the statutory, regulatory and operation norms of the Bank.
• Monitor Daily Responsibilities, oversee processing of transactions, authorize and verify branch instructions, monitor adherence to processes, resolve escalated issues and effective transaction execution.
• Ensure redressal of customer grievances, monitor customer services by team, and address escalated issues to ensure smooth relationship with clients.
• Ensure proper upkeep of branch premises, Leave Records, Vendor Management etc. Support Branch Head in sales promotions activities, display of branch merchandise, monitor administration budgets In Order To resource all branch activities within targeted financial costs.

Experience – 3 to 8 years

Salary – Rs 3,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A

Candidate Profile
• Candidate should be a Post Graduate / MBA.
• He / She should have minimum 3 years experience in similar profile.
• He / She should be an Active Manager, Multi Tasking and Good Analytical Skills.
