d. Implement new initiatives, focus on cost savings and cost control initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
a. Supervision & Ensuring Smooth Facility Management Operation in Shifts.
b. Supervision of Transport Arrangements and Vendor Management.
c. Keeping track of all expenses related to Admin & Facilities.
d. Implement cost savings initiatives wherever possible.
e. Monthly MIS in the form of monthly Deck for various services.
f. Ensuring strict implementation of Policies/ Procedures/ guidelines communicated by the Group.
Skill Required:
Good Communications Skills & Computer Knowledge (Ms Office) Required.
Basic Knowledge of the Electro-Mechanical Installations under the Admin & Facilities Function
Should have minimum 5 years experience in a similar profile.
