Candidate Profile
• Candidate should have 5 – 8 years experience in local Fixed Income market with at least 2 – 3 years experience on buy side.
• Candidate should preferable be a Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA with hands-on exposure to money market products and preferably some exposure to duration management / dealing.
• Candidate will be involved in all aspects of dealing on the fixed income desk ranging from cash flow management (esp. for the money market funds), deal entries in the system, scanning the markets to source best buys and investing across funds; should be able to handle redemption’s as also deploy liquidity.

Job Description
• Incumbent will be responsible for efficient execution of trades across all funds on the platform.
• He / She must be in a position to gauge interest rate movements and anticipate changes in liquidity within the system.
• Candidate must possess basic knowledge/ idea of domestic and global macro.
• Candidate must be well versed with investment norms for mutual funds.
Please Note:-
Candidate will work closely with all the fund managers on the platform and need to pro-actively assess the fund requirements in consultation with the fund managers. He would be encouraged to come up with suggestions through early assessment of rates / liquidity and / or credit spreads to contribute & strengthen performance across funds.
