– Candidates Offered.
– Candidates Rejected Post Interview.
– Campus Recruitment Details.
– Exit Database (Capturing the Exit Numbers & Reasons).
2) Co-Ordination
Internal
– Co-ordinating with Line Manager for Interviews & Final Approval of the offer.
– Providing written test scores and co-ordinating for the written test.
– Pre-employment Medical Test.
External
– Co-ordinating with recruitment consultant for interviews
– Interacting with Placement Officers for Campus Hiring.
– Co-ordinating with candidates sourced through various mediums.
3) Recruitment
– Campus Recruitment for MBA & GT.
– Answering candidate queries related to interview schedule and offer status.

Candidate Profile
