1) Head – Human Resources Department
• Post Graduates in any discipline or MBA in HRD with law qualification – BL / LLB. Qualification in Labour Laws will be desirable.
• Candidate must have minimum 10 years rich experience in a Leading Commercial Bank in the rank of AGM/DGM with operational aspects of Banking especially on all facets of HRD.
Age Group: Between 40 to 45 years.
Location: Chennai

2) Deputy Chief Financial Officer / DGM (Accounts)
• Post Graduates with CA with minimum 15 years experience in Balance Sheet Management, Taxation and Accounting with 5 years experience in the rank of CM / AGM.
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory environment under RBI, SEBI, Companies Act provisions, and statutory compliance is essential.
Job Description: Providing financial projections and accounting services, Preparing growth plans, Supervise and coordinate the staff of the department, attending Income Tax & appellate Tribunal cases and handling Service Tax matters.
Age Group: 40 – 45 years
Location: Chennai

3) Principal – Staff Training College
• Post Graduates with minimum 5 years experience as Faculty Member (in the rank of Senior Manager / Chief Manager) in Public Sector Banks / FIs
And
• Minimum 3 years working experience as an Officer in PSBs/ any other reputed Financial Institution.
• CAIIB / MBA / CA / LAW / ICWA will be added as advantage.
Job Description: Overall In charge of training activities like formulating training policies and training modules, e-learning modules, responsible for development & implementation of training Programmes and infrastructure.
Age Group: 40 – 45 years
Location: Chennai / Karur

4) Regional Head
• Post Graduate with CAIIB or CA is desirable, having minimum 10 years of banking experience. The incumbent should be Sales oriented, Target driven and have strong Retail grounding with technical skills in Marketing of Assets and building • Savings/Current deposits across branches. Exposure in areas of Credit appraisal/Monitoring/ Recovery is desirable.
Age Group: Below 45 years.
Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad / Ahmedabad / Tamil Nadu

5) Law Officer
• A degree in Law. Master’s Degree would be added as additional qualification.
• Working knowledge in computers is essential. Minimum 5 years practice as an Advocate handling Bank’s cases related to recovery, enforcement of securities, SARFAESI, DRT and documentation of all lending operations. Two years of exposure in any bank will be desirable.
Age Group: Not exceeding 35 years
Location: PAN India. Preferably at Mumbai/New Delhi
