Primary Job Responsibilities

• Candidate must ensure strict adherence to all internal and external guidelines
• He / She must ensure that tasks like Cash Deposit / Withdrawal, DEMAT Transactions, Forex Transactions, NEFT, Stop Payments etc are carried out with 100 percent accuracy without errors.
• Candidate has to provide effective service delivery by reducing customer turnaround time.
• He / She must effectively migrate teller queues to the ATM’s other alternate channels.
Ensure NIL operational losses / compensation to customer due to any operational issue.

Candidate Profile

• An ideal candidate must have experience in branch operations or teller role.
He / She must be a Graduate (a primary requisite).
• Candidate should have good communication skills and should be presentable.
• The incumbent should be an extrovert and organized by nature.

Other Responsibilities

• Strict adherence to branch daily reports generation and follow complaint management procedures.
• Generate leads / referrals from walk-in / existing customers and try to upsell bank products.
• Structured service calls to new bank customers and qualified / non qualified customer base.
