Job Role :
• Investigate into the exceptions in comparison of OMR data with the Atlas2 data, performed by a reconciliation tool.
• Role involves going through the deal in the Back Office system as also the accounting system and also referring to the accounting scheme wherever required.
• What is achieved out of the activity, deals in the back office system, is properly represented in the Accounting System.
Job Responsibilities :
• Investigate into the exceptions in reconciliation.
• Intimate the Fixed Income back office the action that needs to be taken.
• Raise with the Rectool support, any issues pertaining to the reconciliation tool.
• Raise JIRAs wherever required & maintain pending JIRA status.
• Follow-up with the parties who are supposed to take actions.
• Reply to queries raised by the Finance departments of sites.

Skills & Experience :

• Have a working knowledge of MS family of products (Word, Excel etc).
