Job Description :
• Candidate will be responsible for overall payroll activity including checking payroll inputs and calculations.
• Knowledge of Statutory payments and F & FS process.
• Prepare post payroll file and various MIS reports.
• Experience in handling payroll processing for atleast 5000 – 10000 employees.

Experience : 6 – 7 Years
Industry Type : Banking / Financial Services / Broking
Role : Pay Roll / Compensation Manager
Functional Area : HR, Recruitment, Administration, IR
Compensation: INR 5,50,000 – 6,50,000 P.A
Location : Mumbai

Candidate Profile
• Good communications skills. Knowledge of Employee Stock option schemes.
• Candidates residing near Dadar/ South Mumbai will be preferred.
• Candidates already interviewed earlier need not apply again.
• Good knowledge of Excel formulas / Macros.
