Job Description
• Analyst will perform a variety of post assessment tasks and processes, such as perform pre-checks as specified, prepare documents, progress draw requests, partial discharges, account maintenance functions, handling customer phone enquiries and other tasks in relation to the resolution of customer requests.
• He / She will be accountable for process Improvement Ideas, accuracy, customer complaints, TAT, Productivity, Cross training, attendance, updating tracker and dashboards.
Candidate Profile
• Oral & written Communication and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to assess requirements to manage SLA’s
• Understanding of Settlement processes
• Analytical capabilities
• Collaboration within the team and onshore contacts
• Results focused with an attention to detail.
• Candidate should be self motivated and possess a “can-do-it” attitude.
