Executive Assistant will provide administrative support Head to help easy continuous functioning of work.
He / She will communicate with the team in various internal activities and organize and coordinate different functions.
Job Description
• Executive Assistant is responsible for Region Performance Evaluation and MIS coordination.
• ESAU Communication Report, Test Reports & MIS / for City coordinator AOF Dip-Testing and reject MIS.
• MIS Management for all employees, Vendor Bills coversheet, Business Tracker Daily / Weekly & Monthly, Employee Register, PIP Letter MIS, Fraud and mis-selling MIS and letters
Responsibilities
• Actively reducing TAT and Sales Error.
• Timely MIS and Information to management enabling key decision making.
• Handling all joining / exit and other employee related issues and liasoning with Area HR team
• Vendor management, processing of vendor bills, and also co ordinating for official reimbursement of employees.
• Provide support to the Sales team in order to ensure the best in class in terms of quality of sales and productivity standards.
• Maintenance and management of stationeries
Candidate Profile
* Graduate / Post Graduates with 1 – 2 years experience in handling performance evaluation processes, and preparing analytical reports.
* Excellent English Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excel Knowledge is required.
* Please Note – Job Location for this post is Mumbai.
