Job Description :
1) Candidate must achieve asset products targets from Open market sourcing.
2) He / She must create awareness & provide solutions to Open Market Sourcing channels.
3) Appointment of DSAs for LAP and BIL.
4) Achieve LAP / BIL disbursement targets through DSA’s
5) DSA Management (Managing payouts, new incentive schemes, etc)
6) Training + Development of DSAs & Improving their productivity.
8) Compliance on KYC and PDD’s
Candidate Profile :
• Candidate must have an experience in Loan against Property / Business Loans / Personal Loans.
• Candidates must be Graduate with MBA / PGDM
• Candidates must have 2 to 7 years experience in similar role.
