Branch Manager
Overall responsibility of achieving given targets to the branch.
Monitoring, management of NPAs & Overdue accounts.
Drive income from cross selling like Insurance & Other Financial Services.
Branch Manager to ensure good ratings of his / her branch in audit.
Ensure prompt submission of branch level MIS
To conduct customer meets & campaigns at regular intervals for business development.
To conduct Venue Marketing, Road Shows & etc during campaign periods.
Review and enhance profitability of the branch.
Branch Operations Manager
Responsible for internal control, systems & processes of the branch.
Customer service.
Submission of data to H.O. at regular intervals.
Compliance & administration of the branch & coordinate with the Branch Manager in smooth functioning of the branch.
Ensure data integrity of the accounts at the branch.
Other Responsibilities: – Billing, Service Charges, Processing Charges, Insurance Coverage, Verification of Day End Reports, Exception Reports, Cash Verification, Cash Management, System Functioning, Premises up keep, etc.
To support CSR with resources.
Customer Service Representative
Origination of loan proposal, due diligence, formation of JLG & recovery of loans & follow-up of OD.
Mobilization of business through new accounts (NTBS).
Reach given targets under assets as well as liabilities.
Loan documentation with the help of branch staff.
Coordinate with Manager and Staff for betterment of business & account relationships.
Customer / Unit visits at the given intervals.
Cross selling of products through relationships.
