HCM Trainee will act as a recruitment support for Corporate Businesses based at West & South region.
Job Responsibilities:
• Candidate will be sourcing for Lower level to senior level management, as per requisitions.
• Job involves scheduling interviews, coordinating with business leaders for Interview scheduling.
• He / She will be coordinating with the candidates for their Pre & Post joining formalities.
• Carry out pre & post reference check of the employees
• Maintaining & updating MIS
