Applicant shall be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process:
- Sourcing resumes through various job portals such as Naukri.com, MonsterIndia, Timesjobs etc.
- Applicant has to Schedule Interview, Follow Up and do the complete Co-ordination for Interview.
- Offer Fitments & Offer Rollout
- Appointment Letter Preparation, Document Verification and Joining Formalities.
- Candidate should be good with Microsoft Excel, maintain MIS of candidates shortlisted, interview and offered.
Experience: 1 to 5 yrs.
Salary: INR 3,50,000 – 4,00,000 P.A
