Job Responsibilities
· Candidate will be responsible for efficient handling of Cash Management Process.
· Resolve customer queries / complaints on a regular basis.
· Provide appropriate assistance to Team Lead for day to day business.
· Support Client Services and Implementation on feasibility checks and confirmations.
· Maintain strong internal control, compliance and regulatory reporting standards.
· Processing of daily and periodic standing requests.
· Direct interaction with clients for resolution of queries and follow-up on documentary exceptions.
· Regular Interaction with internal and external clients for job related activities.
· Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity rates.

Qualifications
Graduate with 2 to 3 years OR MBA with 1 to 2 years of experience with an excellent academic record.
Job Location – Chennai

Skills Required
· Good Customer Service, Computing and Accounting Skills.
· Good Vendor Management & Inter Personal skills.
· Quality conscious with a flair for constant process improvement.
· Candidate with basic knowledge of Banking Operations functions like Remittance, cash etc.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work in a team and within stiff time deadlines.
