Job Description
The Portfolio Monitoring Administrators (PMAs) are a group of associates primarily responsible for providing credit administration support to Corporate Credit Risk (CCR) and Financial Institutions Credit Risk (FICR) officers. Job involves supporting and assisting the CCR / FICR Officers on a daily basis in the management of their portfolios.
Job Responsibilities
Candidate has to create credit approval memoranda in order to document new and amended GTS, loan commitment and trading lines.
Review approved credit approval memoranda and ensure that it complies with bank policy, procedures and approval authority.
Identify and resolve facility data discrepancies and any incoming queries relating to the portfolio.
Candidate will act as an intermediary, liaising between different departments globally and the CCR/FICR Officers.
Candidate should monitor forthcoming credit events and maintain accurate electronic credit filing records.

Candidate Profile
Candidate should be a Graduate in Finance, Business Administration from a Recognised University.
Candidate should have minimum 3 years experience in handling Corporate & Investment Banking Credit Administration.
He / She should have knowledge of bank and credit products, credit policies and procedures.
Candidate should have strong and excellent written and communication skills.
Should be a team player, result oriented, and have the ability to work under pressure.
Should be proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of GBS, ECRIS, Workplace and Credit Studio will be an added advantage.
