Job Description
• Candidate would be responsible for catalog administration for Learning Management System.
• Job include support and administration for functions such as course instance modifications, setting up online training, opening/closing rosters, reserving instruction rooms, creating course attributes etc.
• He / She will manage the use of the myLearning portal.
• Candidate must provide feedback to the Enterprise learning team about issues, improvements and future vision of myLearning.
• Manage the enrollment processes for Risk and Compliance courses.
• Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per procedures.
• Ensure that the targets are assigned in accordance with the SLAs are met.
• Provide process training to new team members to improve their performance levels.

Candidate Profile
• Candidate must be Graduates in any stream
• He / She must posses 1.5 to 2 years of work experience.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good Typing Speed and Customer Service experience preferred.
• Prior experience in similar profile involving research and resolution
• Familiarity with MS Office components Excel, Word etc.
