Bharatiya Mahila Bank, the first women Public Sector Bank in India, has ambitious plan for operations on a PAN India level with the key objective of focusing on the banking needs of women. To meet this objective, BMB invites online applications from eligible candidates for post of Probationary Officers in Junior Management Grade / Scale I (JMGS – I) to fill in 200 posts.

Age Criteria – Minimum 20 Years & Maximum 30 Years as on 01st June 2014. Candidates Date of Birth should be between 02th June 1984 to 01st June 1994 (both dates inclusive).
Educational Qualifications – Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
Pay Scale – Currently the initial monthly salary of Junior Management Grade / Scale I Officers, including DA, HRA & CCA is approximately Rs 30,759/- in a Metro City.
Probation – Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 2 years from the date of joining.
