Manager Performance Management
Key Responsibilities :
– Preparation of month-end accounting journals in SAP for the IT departments.
– Create, Submit and follow-up of monthly cost centre reports for the business managers to analyse and monitor their actual spend against budget / forecast.
– Perform monthly cost allocation process and confirm the output.
– Deal with ad hoc requests and queries.

Candidate Profile :
Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience – 3 years to 4 years Financial Experience (other than articleship)
Essential Skills :
– Good Knowledge of Essbase and SAP is required along with Advanced Excel.
– Should have experience of Cost / Budgeting / Forecasting etc
– Experience with Accounting / reporting knowledge of IT and Operation in Banking sector will be an added advantage.

The candidate should possess Leadership Qualities which should be demonstrated include:
– Strong ability to analyse and interpret data, prepare and review management commentaries.
