Associate Client Services should provide clients with a top of the range service and ensure a dedicated follow-up of their products. Client Services team is the center point of contact for all customer regarding all Post Trade activities. Mumbai Client Services team deals with a range of products like Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives Products, Forex etc
Key Activities
Event Notifications
– Several events may occur during the life of a structured product, Client Services is in charge of communication and explanation of such events to clients.
– Ensure accurate information delivered to client and quality control is implemented.
Audit Confirmation
– Audit Confirmation is done for capital market and corporate banking clients
– Responsible for capturing the audit requests and preparing Audit Reports demanded by parties like Auditors, Institutional clients, Internal Clients, etc.
– Outstanding positions of BNP Paribas clients are produced for their auditors using Business Objects and other available tools.
– Preparing MIS / KPI reports for the team and the Management.

Experience Level: At least 2 years

Qualification and Experience
1) Applicant should be a University Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 2 years experience in similar role.
2) Should have experience in reporting or data analysis.
3) Experience in related tasks in an international banking environment and knowledge of derivative products is preferable.
4) Candidate should have excellent communication, facilitation skills and the ability to adapt to the varying demands of the team.
5) Advanced skills in MS-Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access (basic)
