Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for handling Static Data and Reconciliation processes:
1) Understand each function in the process correctly and perform the daily task without mistake.
2) Identifying exceptions and out of balance situations, and reach resolution in a timely manner.
3) Prioritize work and conduct investigation with due diligence on all the discrepancies and respond to all queries with in the timeframe agreed.
4) Send Daily / Weekly / Monthly break reports without fail and follow-up on high risk items.
5) Perform contract compare in Equilend for all open contracts and investigate on breaks.

Candidate Profile
* Graduation from a recognized University, preferably a Master’s degree in Commerce or MBA (Finance).
* Candidate with 0 – 2 years of experience in capital market operations (preferably in Securities Lending / Custodian Operations).
* Candidate should be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines.
* Ability to develop and cultivate professional relationships across all staff levels.
Skills Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Excel skills required.
• Knowledge in cash and Stock Reconciliation.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills required.
