Qualification: The applicant should have retired as General Manager from any Scheduled Commercial Bank preferably other than Canara Bank.
Age: Should be less than 62 years as on 01.05.2013.
Work Experience: Candidate should have exposure in working of operational side of banking and at least 10 years of operational experience.
Job Profile: The appointed candidate shall be reporting directly to the Chairman and Managing Director of the Bank and shall be the focal point for Internal Grievance Redressal System in terms of Damodaran Committee recommendations so that a minimum number of complaints are escalated to Banking Ombudsman. He/she will help in strengthening customer confidence in the internal redressal mechanism.
Contract Amount: Chief Customer Service Officer will be paid a lump sum consolidated payment of Rs. 60000/- per month, subject to deduction of Taxes as applicable.
Selection Procedure: Shortlisting and Interview.
Job Location: Bangalore.
