Preparing of Balance Sheet.
Handling all matters related to Statutory Audit and Audit related statements such as OSS, CRAR etc.. Compliance of IFRS
Responsible for Taxation and TDS.
Ensure Compliance with Income Tax & Service Tax departments.
TDS return filling of HO and all Branches and generation of TDS Certificates.
Implementation and Compliance of various guidelines relating to RBI, Banking Regulation Act and Accounting Standards.

Candidate Profile
Candidates should have minimum experience of 7 years in preparation of Balance Sheet / statutory audit etc.. of Commercial bank.
CA preferred.
CAIIB preferred
Age should be below 50 years.
Knowledge of Gujarati language is desirable.
