Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Analyst has to gather requirements for strategic and tactical development efforts using phone interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task / workflow analysis.
2. Evaluate the information generated from various sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
3. Deliver the following : Business Requirements Document, FRD (Functional Requirements Document), screen and interface designs.
4. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
5. Support initiatives end to end as Project Manager : Requirements > Design > Development > Test > Deploy > Support.
6. Execute System Integration Testing in advance of delivery to QA teams.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years experience as Business Analyst in a Financial Sector
• Complete understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a global group of managers, stakeholders, developers, and subject matter experts.
• Knowledge of how to structure and execute a test plan.
