Job Description: Candidate should preferably hold CAIIB / CA / MBA (Finance) qualifications, around 50 years of age, with over 20-25 years hands on, all-round Banking experience, either with Public Sector Banks or Large Co-operative Sector Banks. The candidate needs to have a proven track record at senior levels of management (DGM / AGM / Chief Manager), very strong man-management and motivational skills, effective communication and PR skills and ability to deal with Regulators / Staff Unions / Other authorities. Candidates will necessarily be fully conversant with latest techniques in Credit / Risk Management, Deposit Mobilization, Treasury Operations, IT systems (Core Banking / Net Banking). The position is Mumbai based and reports to the Managing Director & CEO.
