Private & Business Clients (PBC) is one of the Deutsche Bank Group’s five business divisions. Currently Asset RPCs are present in 6 major locations (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai and Pune) and the prime responsibility of a RPC Executive is to ensure that a Non-Discrepancy Check is done on disbursal kits prior to disbursement of an approved loan / lending facilities. The RPC Executive responsible for ensuring that the walk-in customers for at the branches are serviced.
Job Description
• The role would be of ensuring adherence of Deutsche Bank Service Standards w.r.t. to laid down processes, Customer Service, Internal / External Compliance Standards, Internal / External Audit and Corporate Security.
• Executive RPC Assets will handle Asset Walk-In customers and closure of service requests raised through various service channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring error free disbursements, error free banking of repayment mode / cheques received from various channels.
• Correct closure of service requests received from various channels (Walk-In Customers / Phone Banking)
• On-time and accurate dispatch of Files / Agreements / Documents to their final destination
• Co-ordination with local branches for loan closures / document release etc.
Skills and Experience
• Ideal candidate should have experience in the Banking Industry with regards to handling retail Banking Asset products and Customer Service.
