Franklin Templeton requires and individual to handle phone calls, take care of walkins, receive and report commercial transactions, do first level NIGO checks for all Commercial and Non-Commercial transactions, and perform all other support and regulatory functions that are required at an AMC.
Duties / Responsibilities
• Initial processing of investor applications at the branch, liaising with the back office and generating reports at the branch
• Generating account statements and cross checking the same.
• Handling calls pertaining to clarifications of processed transactions.
• Dispatching redemption, compensation payments or rejection letters and other correspondence to investors.
• Attending department meetings, Project work, personal development and performance review.
Knowledge & Experience
• Candidate must be Graduates, preferably B.Com (Accounting / Finance background), proficient in English.
• An ideal candidate should have Microsoft Excel Knowledge and other Microsoft Office products.
• Model good work habits and appropriate use of procedures and controls
• Previous branch / transactions processing experience preferred
• Regulatory and Product Knowledge
