Job Description
Work Expected from HR Operations Officer
1) Provident Fund – Books of Accounts :
a) Candidate has to maintain Cash Book, General Ledger.
b) Transfer monthly contribution its separation as PF/Pension-Transfer to account of the PF Trusts.
c) He should prepare receipts & payment a/c every month.
2) Funds / Investments/ Bank Accounts :
a) He / She has to maintain proper record of the investments and monitor its due dates.
b) Monitor interest due and its receipts in time.
c) Monitor Bank accounts for receipts and payments of respective Trusts.
d) Ensure balances on the accounts by preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements and ensure proper receipts and payments in the Bank Accounts.
3) PF Transfer requests :
a) On receipt of Form 13 get complete information (if incomplete) by mail/ phone.
b) Send to the previous employer Trusts /RPFC as the case may be along with Trusts letter.
c) Follow up transfers by phone / sending reminders.

Candidate Profile
MBA / M.Com / MSW (Master of Social Work) with 3 – 5 years experience in the HR operations department of a progressive organization. Candidate should be experienced in managing PF / Gratuity trust data and maintaining records in a computerized environment.
For speedy and efficient working of above the employee should be aware of MS Excel and able to perform work independently and know MS Words etc. , know / learn accounting concepts and able to maintain proper filing / monitor filing etc.
Note:
The Job Location is Kolhapur, candidate staying around Kolhapur or will to relocate should only apply.
Written and Verbal knowledge of English & Marathi Speaking is a MUST.
