He has to take up branding activity on an ongoing basis to create a unique employer proposition for Tier 1 / Tier 2 business schools.
Design a world class Management trainee programme for Premier business schools to ensure trainees get the relevant exposure to be able to grow within the organisation.

Should be Excellent at Networking and Relationship Management.
Should be Passionate for Campus Hiring and Branding using Internet and Social Media Tools.
Should have basic knowledge of recruitment processes, pre screening of resumes, identifying the right fit and making offer.
