Job Profile
The Mobile Sales Force (MSF) at HSBC brings together a set of mono line product centric sales teams, into a unified sales organization. The MSF is set to transform into a customer centric sales unit, focused on acquiring Premier and Advance customers Pan India, through all liability, wealth and assets products of the Bank and HIDL.
The Corporate Employee Program Team, within the MSF is the only sales delivery team, engaged with the mid-market customer base. This channel is responsible to direct sourcing of business across products like the Advance and Mass Market Accounts, Unsecured Loans, Cards and Referrals on products like Mortgages, LAS / LAM etc. from an empanelled list of corporates.
Job Description
• Ensure timely completion of account opening formalities of all employees.
• Manage accounts actively, identify cross sell opportunities and fulfill all client needs on a proactive basis.
• Meet Cross sell targets on HMLs, PILs and Credit Cards.
• Comply to internal and external policies and guidelines, ensuring adherence to KYC, AML and other norms from time to time.

Experience & Qualifications
• Should have 1 to 2 years experience of customer interfacing roles.
• Effective & Strong Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
