Job Description
The incubment will be responsible for providing structured solutions to corporates in the designated business group thereby driving business development and meeting individual revenue target.

I) Work in close partnership with the assigned business group relationship managers to
1) identify opportunities within the existing / target set of clients.
2) build a sales plan towards targeting and conversion of such opportunities at the beginning of the year.
3) execute the plan towards winning the PCM business through new to bank acquisition.
4) Identify various channels of new business generation and undertake business development activities around them for lead generation.
5) quarterly review / update / addition to PCM plans on clients.
6) Being up to date with ongoing market trends for spotting annuity as well as tactical opportunities.

II) Consultative engagement with clients to understand their needs.
III) Engagement with internal and external stakeholders in line with PCM’s strategic imperatives and core values.
IV) Meet the financial target assigned in form of “Estimated Business Value” i.e. EBV of the business to be won during the year from existing / new clients.

Qualifications
The candidate should be a MBA or a Chartered Accountant.
Should have 3 – 6 years of experience in a similar profile.
