Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection invites applications for the post of Research Associate 02 (Vacancies) on contract for a period of 2 years.
Educational Qualification (As On 01st June 2014) – Post Graduates in Psychology / Education or Management with specialization in Human Resources (HR) with minimum 55 percent marks from recognized universities / Institutes.
Age – Minimum 23 years & Maximum 30 years (As On 01st June 2014)
i.e. candidate must have been after 02nd June 1984 and before 01st June 1991 (both dates inclusive)
Experience Criteria – Candidate must have 1 year experience in the academic area. He / She must have good knowledge of computer operations, mainly MS Office.
Job Profile – Research Associate is required to develop objective type aptitude & achievements tests; therefore preference will be given to candidates who have experience in developing objective, psychological and educational tests. The posting of the selected candidate will be at Mumbai location.
